Shipping: All items ship via USPS Priority Mail unless an expedited shipping option is selected. All orders for listed publications will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt.
Order Cancellations All sales are final after placing the order with us. Any cancellation made after the order is placed (regardless of whether it has shipped) over the phone or the web will incur a 10% cancellation charge. No exceptions. Please do not order product if you cannot follow through with the purchase. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All credit card orders will be subject to address verification. We reserve the right to contact your bank to have them contact the actual card holder to validate the purchase on the credit card given. We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason.

Return Policy:
SMartPDF products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will test them in actual use and determine for himself their adaptability to his intended uses. Seton warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligation to replacement of the product. This warranty does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the buyer. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, and of any other obligations or liability on SMartPDF.com's part. Under no circumstances will SMartPDF.com be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind arising in connection with the use, or inability to use, the SMartPDF products. If there is a problem with your product, please call (480) 596-9143 for resolution. We are happy to speak with you by phone to answer any questions you many have.
